MPK choc chip cookies
Serves 22 cookies
Ingredients
250g butter – room temp
2 cups of sugar – soft brown
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cup self-raising flour
½ teaspoon salt
150g 86% dark choc cut into small chunks
100ghazelnut chocolate
Instructions
Heat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
Mix the butter and sugar together until smooth. Then add in the eggs & vanilla essence and mix well. Sift in the flour and salt and gently combine it together.
Chop the chocolate blocks, you will then need to chop some of the larger chunks up but make sure there is a variety of sizes.
Spoon the mixture onto two trays lined with paper and then pop them into the freezer for 15-20 mins.
Bake the cookies 5 per tray (THIS IS IMPORTANT- don’t overcrowd the tray) do it in batches.
Bake for 13-14 mins. Halfway through take out the tray and sprinkle some seat salt on top. (make sure to close the oven so you don’t let too much heat out
)Let the cookies cool completely and HOOVER.This should roughly make 22 cookies.
