Beef & veggie koftas with a paprika zesty mayo

Heat the oven to 180 fan bake.
Mix the Kofta ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the mixture into koftas. It should make about 16.
Heat a pan over a medium heat with a good splash of oil Brown the koftas on all three sides. You will have to do this in batches.
Place the browned koftas onto a baking tray. Then place the tray into the oven and bake for a further 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
Whilst the koftas are baking, mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Smear some of the sauce onto a serving plate and put the cooked koftas on top. Garnish with the flaked almonds, red onion, chilli and zest. Serve with the extra sauce on the side.
