Sticky Thai inspired chicken nibbles
Serves
Garnish with/ sliced red chilli, sliced spring onion and coriander
Pre heat the oven to 210 fan bake.
Mix the marinade ingredients together. Add the chicken.
Bake for 15 mins. Turn the chicken over and bake for a further 8 minutes.
Turn the heat to grill and grill for about 5 minutes on high. Keep an eye on the chicken so they don’t burn.
Garnish with chilli, spring onion and coriander.
