15 minute spinach, pea & Parmesan pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water as per packet instructions.
Fry the onion and garlic in the butter until soft, season well. Stirring occasionally.
Add the lemon juice and peas, stir until the peas are just cooked.
Carefully pour this into a food processor, add the spinach, herbs and Parmesan + extra virgin OO.
Blitz until smooth.
Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water. Pour over the beautiful green sauce. Add a splash of pasta water, stir well. If you need to loosen it up add more pasta water.
Garnish with lemon zest, chilli flakes, Parmesan and chopped pine nuts.
