Avocado & cucumber simple side salad

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup coriander - chopped
1 cup mint leaves - chopped
1 cucumber - roughly chopped
½ a red onion - diced
1 large avocado - diced
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil
1 tbsp chilli oil

Instructions

Mix everything together in a bowl and serve.

Goes well with a protein of your choice.

You can also add some butter lettuce to bulk it out too or steamed chopped broccoli.
