10 minute spicy peanut garlic noodles

Serves 1

Ingredients

2 tbsp chilli oil (chunky bits and all)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
2 garlic cloves - minced
2 tbsp of the noddle water

200g hokkien noddles (or ramen)

Garnish; spring onion & coriander

Instructions

Heat a lot of water.

Add the first 5 ingredients to a second pot and simmer on a low heat.

Cook the noodles as per the packet.

Add 2-3 tbsp of the noddle water to the sauce.

Drain the noddles add them to the sauce, stir around and garnish with spring onions and coriander.
