Easy creamy tomato pasta
Serves
Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
Heat a large pan with the anchovy and about 1 tbsp of the oil from the anchovy jar.
Add the garlic, stir well. Add in a splash of extra virgin OO and the basil leaves.
Pour in the canned tomatoes and simmer away for a few minutes. Add the balsamic glaze.
Turn the heat off, stir in the crème fraiche and then add the cooked pasta.
Stir well and serve.
