Carrot & zucchini salad with an orange vinaigrette

If you have a food processor, grate the carrots and zucchini, and place them in bowl with the lemon juice.
Whisk the salad dressing ingredients together and set them aside, thinly slice the red onion and add it to the dressing.
Chop the herbs & almonds. Mix in the herbs to the grated veges, then mix in the dressing and onions and top with the almonds and feta.
