Pork and Prawn Dumplings
I'm sorry but seriously, who doesn't like dumplings. Yes it is a labour of love but this recipe is OH SO worth it!

I'm sorry but seriously, who doesn't like dumplings. Yes it is a labour of love but this recipe is OH SO worth it!
Blitz the first 5 ingredients together in a food processor. Then add the prawns and pork and pulse until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, mix in the soy, sesame oil and vinegar.
Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture into the centre of the dumpling wrapper.
Wet one half of the out edge and gently fold the other edge into the wet area. Pleating the dumpling edges together. Continue until you’ve used all the mixture.
In two large pans add a good glug of oil and ¼ cup of water, place the dumplings into the pan turn the meat to medium and place a lid on.
They will take anywhere from 3-5 minutes to cook, once the water has evaporated take off the li and fry for a further minute. Don’t over crowd the pan with too many dumps!
